Ailisha Jones joined culture-shaping firm AJ Consulting, in 2015 as a senior consultant based in the US. She brings a wealth of project management, change management, human resources. leadership
experience and expertise in facilitating culture change programs.
Prior to creating AJ Consulting, Ailisha provided project management, human resources consulting and management to private, government, non-profit organizations, startups, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
During her career for more than 10 years, Ailisha also developed, implemented, and managed best practice portfolios, full-life cycle implementations, full-life cycle recruitment, change management and project management at various organizations consisting of Fortune 500 organizations. Both on site and globally in technological development function. She has led large scale and medium size human resources projects. Additionally, she provides more cost-effective practices, flexible means of resourcing, return on investments, added value, provide strategies to drive bottom line results and directed multi-functional teams with designing, building, and optimizing systems.
Ailisha served for 7 years in a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities in education and corporate, including leading the conversion from 3 schools to 1 comprehensive school. Designing customized trainings, benchmarking accelerating adoption rates, allocating resources and managing schedules to ensure projects are met on time within budget and successful are her expertise.
Ailisha holds a Master of Business Administration degree in management studies with a minor in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Furthermore, she is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Information Technology.
